Savings (Share) Inquiries: Current balance, year-to-date dividends
and available balance.
Loan Inquiries: Current balance, payoff date, interest per diem, next
payment amount, due date, available balance, and year-to-date interest
Certificate Inquiries: Current balance, interest rate, maturity date,
and year-to-date dividens earned.
Transaction Information: Drafts cleared, draft withdrawals, drafts
that have not cleared, draft inquiry by number, draft inquiry by amount,
Loan Advances: You can request
a loan advance from STARLine if a prior line-of-credit has been established.
The advanced amount can
be in the form of a check to be picked up, mailed, or the amount can
be transferred to your checking account.
Cross Account Inquiries & Transfers: You are now able to complete
inquiries and transfers from one Link account to another, providing
you are an authorized user of the account.
Deposit Information: Last 3 deposits, last deposit, last payroll deposit
information including the date and amount of the deposit.

- When entering a dollar amount, include
cents. ($100.00) is entered as 10000#). After entering dollar
amounts, press the "#" sign.
- Percent rates such as 8.5% should
be entered as 850.
- If you make a mistake entering your information,
press the "*" key
to return to the previous menu.
- You will only need to press the "#" sign
when prompted to do so.
- To Obtain Specific Account Suffixes - when
prompted, "0#" will provide
you with a list of your account suffixes.

MEMBER LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS
If you believe your PIN has been stolen or used by an unauthorized
person, you must report this to us at once. You may also want to change
your PIN immediately by directly calling STARLINE and making the change.
Telephoning is the best way to keep losses toa minimum. If you do
not notify us immediately, you could lose substantlal amounts of money.
If you notify us within two business days and during the time someone
uses your account without your permission, you can lose no more than
If you do not notify us within two business days after you learn of
the theft of your PIN, and we prove that we could have stopped someone
from using your PIN without your permission if you had notified us,
you could lose up to $500.
If your statement shows transfers that you did not make, notify us
at once. If you do not notify us within 60 days after the statement
was mailed to you, you may not get the money you lost, if we can prove
that had we been notified, we could have stopped someone from using
your PIN to take your money illegally.
CREDIT UNION LIABILITY
We are liable for any losses or damages you may incur, if we do not
properly complete a transfer to or from you account according to our
agreement with you, with these exceptions: 1) We are NOT liable if,
through no fault of the credit union, your account does not contain
enough money to make the transfer; and 2) If STARLINE was not working
properly and you were aware of this condition when you began the transaction.
